How much does monitoring cost?
We charge a simple flat rate of £20 per camera (or data source) per month for monitoring.
What happens when you see an intruder?
If our operator verifies a threat, we immediately follow your escalation protocol. This usually involves calling the police, your keyholders, or dispatching our Mobile Response team (if booked).
Can you monitor my home CCTV?
Our services are primarily designed for commercial, industrial, and construction sites. Please contact us to discuss residential requirements, but standard commercial terms apply.
Do I need internet at the site?
Yes. Since we monitor remotely, your NVR/DVR must be connected to a reliable internet connection to transmit alerts and video feeds to our control room.
Do you comply with GDPR?
Since we do not record or store your data, the responsibility for GDPR compliance regarding data retention lies with you (the data controller). We operate strictly as a data processor for live viewing only.
Can you monitor during the day?
Yes. We monitor 24/7. While most intrusions happen at night, we will respond to triggers during the day if your system is armed.
What if my internet goes down?
If we lose connection to your system, we cannot monitor it. We recommend having a backup notification system. In case of long-term failure, we can deploy a physical Static Guard.
Do you provide evidence for the police?
No. Since we do not record footage, you must retrieve evidence from your own local recording system (NVR/DVR). We can provide a log stating what time we observed the incident.
Will you call me for every alert?
