Keys are stored in a secure, calibrated safe in accordance with BS 7984. They are coded anonymously.
Who responds to the alarm?
A fully uniformed, SIA-licensed mobile response officer. "You stay home. We attend."
What if it's a false alarm?
We investigate, reset the alarm, lock the building, and send you a report. You do not need to be disturbed.
How much is the annual fee?
The holding fee is £1.50 per day (£547.50/year). Call-outs are charged at £75.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold full liability insurance specifically for key holding and alarm response activities.
